You put your infant inside of it and hold them in it.  It gives great neck support for the infant and it's a comfort to your arms.

It's the insert part to the Buggaboo stroller, I think.  I had to google the d**n thing to find out as ToysRUs didn't put up much of a description.  LOL!

it looks like a sleeping bag type thing for infants? im not sure either, i want one! lol

I believe it is a new item that is used with the stroller as an extra support for the infant while they are sleeping or resting and it can also help keep them warm in cooler weather.  I remember hearing something about them in a parent magazine but don't remember which one.

It is an attatchment for a pram/pusher called a bugaboo, look up that pram and you get it.

You can put it inside to keep your baby warm on cold days, most prams come with them, they are also called a sleeping bag, or pram cover
