Could somebody answer this question?

I need to know what this box is tuned to. Is it like 32hz or40hz, I dont know how to figure it out. Here is the link.

I really don't know but when I need information from ebay I just ask the seller a question.........

When I put the dimensions into WinISD Pro, I got 56 Hz. That's pretty high. It may not be very good for music. There is a giant peak around 58 Hz. Everything below that drops off quickly.

yes, it can be. They usually tune it bad way for huge peaks... :-)

Get a good book on acoustic engineering.  From the dimensions of the box, whether it has a port, the size of the port, whether the port is ducted, and the length of the duct, you can figure it out.  Or, you could just ask the seller -- but I doubt they would know, unless the information is included in the original spec that came with the box.  (Or did the owner lose the paperwork already?)

here is a good box calculator, i put them in as two seperate boxes, since they are 2 seperate chambers. i put in the specs and got 64 so its probally tuned to about 63hz (odd shape box, hard to calculate)

this is just going by the picture, i would ask the seller.
