Could somebody correct my writing, please ?

Question

After my studies of developpement, I worked within a tour operator for four years. In my job, when I was forming new members, I noticed that I like this task very much, beacause of the fact of passing on my knowledge.

That’why I thought a lot about it and I inquired with some friends who are teachers about this profession and I decided to take the exam to become a primary school teacher.

According to me, I have some capicities which are expected to become primary school teacher, as patience, to be listenning, to love children, to be oragnised and not to be afraid of working a lot.

After completing my studies, I worked for a tour operator for four years.  With each new tour, I realized that I liked passing on my knowledge of an area very much.  This started me thinking about the possibility of becoming a teacher.  I talked to some friends who are teachers and decided to take the exam to become a primary school teacher.

I believe I have some of the qualities expected of a primary school teacher, particularly patience, listening and organizational skills, willingness to work long hours, and a love of children.
