it used to be next to Neptune's septer in the picture that I am thinking of.  I can tell you, however EXACTLY the scene in Lion King when the word s*x appears in the sky.  It's after the scene when Timon, pumba and Simba are laying doen in the grass looking up at the sky, and then Simba gets angry and walks away. He flops down on the dirt after that scene, and as soon as  the dust rises, hit PAUSE and go frame by frame and you will see the word s*x appear in the sky out of the dust cloud that Simba creates when he flops down. Send me the link to the little mermaid pic and I will point it ut to you because I have actually seen it many times.

I dont know the exact URL, but if you go to www.snopes.com and look it up (try keywords Little Mermaid and phallus) it has a picture on there. Thats a really neat website too. It investigates other dirty claims about Disney movies too.

also in the lion king when grown up simba collapses after siging akuna mata, the word s*x is spelled out for 3 frames in the dust in the sky!!!! Oh, and in aladin when he is on the balcony trying to get jasmin to go on the carpet, turn the volum right up, and inbtween his lines you can hear him say "all good teenagers take off your clothes so take off your clothes". No ****, disney got sued when a 5 yr old child spotted the 's*x; msg in the lion king!

its only in the very orignal versions on video tho!
