  1. Its easy just but a lot of different cook books and follow the recipes listed. I learned how to cook when I was like 12 so I am sure you can learn also.

  2. Cooking Made Easy:

A few years ago, my husband and I discovered that the "big company known brands" frozen dinners are delicious. All you need to do is add canned or frozen vegetables and a salad which can be bought in bags as side dishes. All kinds of desserts are in the freezer section. Always read the directions on the containers.  Clerks will be happy to help you find these items.

The grocery stores now have pre-cooked meats such as pot-roasts, pork chops, meatloaf, baked ham, chicken, and etc. They are sooooo good and most have their own gravy. Buy brand names that you know. Follow the directions on the containers.  Ask a clerk for help if needed.

There are jars of all types of sauces for all kinds of noodles. Follow the directions on the jars and packages of noodles.  These are found on a shelf.  A clerk can help you find them.

You will find many brand named boxed dinners such as Pasta-Roni. There is a seasoned packet in each box. My favorite is Garlic & Olive Oil. I put more garlic powder in it 'cause I like to taste lots of garlic. Ask a clerk if you need help in finding these boxed dinners.

Don't forget the deli. They now have roasted chickens and fried chicken just like Ky. Fried Chicken. And they have all types of side dishes to go along with your dinner. If you are in a hurry, run over to your supermarket and grab a nice deli lunch or dinner. They taste like home cooking.

By the way, supermarkets and meat markets now cook Thanksgiving turkey dinners with all the trimmings. Check to make sure if you need to put your name on their holiday list.  They will cook a Christmas roast for you too.  Check the telephone's yellow pages for meat markets.

  3. Go buy a cook book or search through the internet for what you want to cook, print out the recipe and follow it.

Or better yet, go take a cooking class.

  4. There is not one way to cook. There are techniques to cooking. For anyone to answer your question, it would take more than a few pages. Just follow the directions to a recipe, and when there are certain things that you don't understand, just look 'em up off the Internet. Trust me, it's really quite easy. There are just some things you have to practice. I would recommend taking a cooking class so you can get through the basics. :)

  5. I'll tell you what to cook in steps:

    2:rice with sauce

    3:soup

    6:ratatouille

    7:lobster and other sophisticated things

HINT: If one of these isn't good do not go to the next one, repeat it

  7. follow these steps: Fettuccine with Mushrooms, Tarragon, and Goat-Cheese Sauce

    1 tablespoon butter

    2 tablespoons olive oil

1 pound mushrooms, cut into thin slices

    1 teaspoon salt

    1/4 teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper

    2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon

    1/2 pound mild goat cheese

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving

    1/3 cup milk

    3/4 pound fettuccine

2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or scallion tops

In a large frying pan, melt the butter with 1 tablespoon of the oil over high heat. Add the mushrooms, 1/2 teaspoon of the salt, the pepper, and the dried tarragon, if using, and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes. Reduce the heat to moderately high and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are golden brown and no liquid remains in the pan, about 5 minutes.

In a small bowl, combine the goat cheese, Parmesan, milk, and 1/4 teaspoon of the salt. Stir until smooth.

Meanwhile, in a large pot of boiling, salted water, cook the fettuccine until just done, about 12 minutes. Reserve 1 1/2 cups of the pasta-cooking water and drain. Whisk 1 cup of the pasta-cooking water into the goat-cheese mixture. Toss the pasta with the mushrooms, the goat-cheese sauce, the remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon olive oil, the fresh tarragon, if using, and the chives. If the pasta seems dry, add more of the reserved pasta-cooking water. Serve with additional Parmesan.

  8. read a cook book

  9. Start with playing with recipes and just follow the directions.

  10. Well you need to not cook on high and you might want to look in to finding some recipes that you both like and then stick to watch some cooking shows  that would help as well. Make sure you have all the ingredients you need. what happens when you do cook example you burn things or it comes out bad?

  11. From my experience, cooking involves contrast, like how chocolate cake is perfect with milk, cooking is the same way, use contrasting ingredients like something sweet and acidic, fatty and salty, etc.

Also using variety of colors like a "trinity" (onion, carrot, celery) excentuates the dish, don't stop there, try all sorts of ingredients, just stick with the formula.

Know what the base of your meal is and start from there, like breads, pasta, rice, noodles, meats .

The more you cook, the more you'll understand, and when you eat, take time to study how each dish taste, try to dissect why it tastes good, eating is also learning.

Obviously I can't tell you everything in a paragraph, but this is the foundation to cooking.

    Good luck.
