What would cause the stiffness from the back of the knees which is more noticeable in the right leg and happens when a relative of mine gets up to walk after sitting for a while, they are in their 50’s. They don’t have arthritis, or MS and their knees don’t hurt and it seems to be more the right leg that is affected and it is a bit embarrassing for them. They also seem to wear the soles of their right foot more than their left. They have had physiotherapy and do the physiotherapy exercises but their legs haven’t improved. Could someone advise please.
