Could someone edit this picture for me please?

I suck at editing. I downloaded GIMP but i dont know how to use it so would someone be able to make the circles on this picture more visible for me?

Or maybe if youd be able to tell me an easy way to do it as I have a few pictures that need editing?

Sorry but that's the best i could do and it doesn't seem "real" but yeah..

I used the doge tool to make the grey circles come out better and darkened the picture. I hope that's what your looking for.

But..i'm not sure what you mean by multicolored..Like all of them different color? rainbow like?
