Could someone give me a list of all of james blake's old tennis coaches?

I am attending a summer tennis camp and someone told me that one of the coaches used to coach James Blake. Could someone give me a list of all of blake's old coaches. Thanks for helpingl.

His coach is Brian Barker.

He has been working with him since the age of twelve.

I don't know the name every person he may have worked with.

He would have had a college coach at Harvard.

He has been very loyal to Barker.

well James Blake has had only 1 coach since he was about 12 so it may have been a conditioning trainer or somthing like that but certainly not his main tennis coach.
