Could someone go to jail for throwing bleach on there ex lovers clothes and possessions?

  4. Depends on whether the person was acting violently and whether any other crimes were committed.

    Would you go to jail if you got caught smashing a car? Yes...

    It would probably depend on the monetary extent of the damage to some level (determined by a state law). If that level is met, yeah they are arrested and charged.

  5. you could probably get charged wiht destrcuction of property.. That's so mean why woudl you do that... i mean its not like ....you were carrying his stuff to bag it up and accidently dropped it in a puddle of bleach that darn cat just knocked over.. into the bag with the rest of his clothes... or ... your ciggerette accidently fell into the bag and you couldnt find it before it burned through a bunch..that would be unfortunate.......*cough*
