Could someone help me with a phone idea?

Okay. I'm 12 going into 7th grade. I'm sharing a phone with my 13 year old sister. We have a contract with AT&T thats expiring in a week and we might be switching over to T-Mobile. The phone needs to be under 100 dollars. It doesn't need to be a fancy phone just a regular phone. Thank you all so much!!
