Could someone help me with my back to school outfit. (pictures)?

Okay so i'm gonna wear this top on the first day of school. If its too cold for shorts then should i wear:

black leggings under the top

or

black tights under the shorts.

Leggings under the top would would look bad because the top is too short to pull it off. I don't really like tights under shorts, but I think it's the better option of the two.

Well, I think it's totally cute, and I especially love the top!  Unless it is really cold, I wouldn't change any of it.  Leggings aren't as "in" as they used to be, though some people still wear them.

I know you're gonna get a lot of people saying that'll be weird, but trust me. Opaque tights are in this fall! I've been scouring fashion websites and looking at runway pics for the past 4 days. Just make sure you pair those tights with flats.

What would be even cuter than tights under those shorts is black tights under a black skirt.
