Ok, I'm standing in a pub with my girlfriend to my left and my best friend to my right. I have ten pounds in my pocket and it's my round at the bar. My mate orders a luxuary organic beer that cost £6.00 and I feel pissed off that he got such an expensive drink. My girlfriend orders a Bacardi n Coke and it's totally free for some reason. I order a larger and instead I given a glass of sherry that costs £5.00. The total bill is £11.00 and I can't afford it, also I'm pissed of that the barman gave me the wrong drink. In a strop I shove the drinks off the bar and storm out the pub.

  1. Bar/pub = (likely) place of familiarity.

The position of your "mate" would seem slightly parasitic, if he, in your dream, was aware of how much money you had on you at the time, and ordered the expensive drink (anger being a completely logical response by you, btw). Your girlfriend, by comparison, poses little threat. I would try and rememember something about the Bartender, as he/she would likely be responsible for your GF's free drink as well as yours that was [a] the wrong order, and [b] more expensive (intentionally?).

    Result:

First off, keep in mind that dreams are mainly about things that have strong meaning to the person dreaming them.

Second, it seems like you've got some kind of worry about being challenged in an environment that you feel is "yours," or personal "safe area." Count in that 1 person (i.e. "mate") is pressing you beyond what limit you are very aware of (i.e. how much money you have), and the other is no "threat"/ supportive. Money, in this case, can just mean something of extreme, guarded value to you; it doesn't have to literally equate to monetary value. "Value" here might also be something you've personally invested considerable time and energy into (examples: Work, hobby, relationship, music, art, etc.).

Why else might have you gotten angry, if something of value to you wasn't threatened, in a place you considered safe?

    Hope this helps... ")

  2. You must stop swearing!  Ok, so you must feel that sometimes your needs and wants are not taken into consideration. Someone around you is taking you for a bit of a fool, not your best friend, but you will know who it is. You feel surprised sometimes that things never turn out how you expect. I think you have expectations that sometimes are not realisitic, it doesn't seem too much to ask, but because other people are involved they rarely put in as much as you. You have learned the hard way the only person you can depend on is yourself, don't let that make you bitter though, allow other people to be themselves, don't expect too much of others,  everyone is different and don't feel as strongly as you about some things. I do feel if you channel those expectations in the right way, you will have a very successful life.

  3. I dunno but it's funny.

  4. Understanding the symbol of alcohol in your dreams depends on the relationship you have with it in daily life. If you drink regularly, you need to look at the other details of your dream more carefully. However, if you drink rarely or never, then this dream could represent a need for you to escape from your daily stress and your desire to get quick relief. The alcohol could be suggesting a need for healing and getting in balance. Your unconscious mind may be suggesting outrageous things in hopes that you get the message to "have fun, dream dreams, and get out of your own head!" Please keep in mind that the purpose of dreams is to raise our consciousness and to assist us in having better lives. The message in the dream about alcohol is most likely not encouraging you to drink but it may represent a need to feel better or get better.

  5. you are insecure. you feel you cant match your friends..maybe they are higher fliers...but you have shown that you cannot keep up with them..instead of being yourself and honest you land yourself in situations which you cannot deal with..you are frustrated and feel inadequate. you are trying to put a front on.   Whatever you are doing in life..just be yourself..Shakespeare " to thine own self be true.......and as day follows night ,thou canst not go wrong!!!!!!!!!!

  6. Ok, so it sounds like you have some mental tension when it comes to your relationship with your best friend.  Is there some jealousy on his part due to your relationship with your girlfriend?  Or perhaps he demends too much of your time, attention, etc.  It's also possible that there is tension between he and you r girlfriend.  If that is the case, I'm guessing she is trying to win him over, or at least make the situation easy on you, but he is not.  In the end, whatever the tension is, it ultimately leaves you feeling like you cannot control or handle the situation.  That's my best guess :-)

  7. Go to google/ click on to dream moods dictionary / dictionary and you look up different things you saw in your dream

  8. Ive tried to interpret this using my book.

The pub indicates: the dreamer should be very cautious of his affairs. Enemies are watching him.

The greedy friend signifies that you are unhappy with people who rely on your stable nature.

The girlfriend and her drink being free means you perceive her as easy going and low maintenence and that she will cause you no worries in the future.

And money inadaquacy forelles struggles in work due to beligerant friends or collegues. The dreamer should not take exceptions or false excuses.

I dont know how well this relates to your current state of affairs but i hope it helped.

  9. maybe your drinking too much and secretly feeling guilty about it.
