thesingingtiger.com is available. The first thing you need to do is register this domain otherwise it may not be available later and considering what you want on your site this name is a key part of the overall design.

In order for you to have a dot com website, you need to buy a domain. You can get free websites from geocities, and other websites, but the address will not be a dot com like that, it would probably be geocites.com/thesingingtiger for example. Also, some one already has that address.

Geocities also has a free page builder. If you put in a little effort, you should make it easily.
