Could someone make me a One-Day Itinerary For London? More info in the Details.

Question

Arriving in London at 10:10( morning), leaving at 8:oo (evening). want to visit these places:

Trafalgar Square

Piccadilly Circus

Leicester Square

Covent Garden

Harrods

Big Ben

Need time to stop for lunch aswell and evening dinner!

honestly, you wont really see all of them.. prob big ben right when you get there, and the most of the squares when you run around after big ben... harrods would prob fit.

I'd start in Trafalgar Square, from there you can easily walk to Leicester Square (done it many times), and then walk to Covent Garden. You can easily stop and get lunch in this area - restaurants and cafes are all over (Chinatown is right there and has tons of awesome places to eat!). You can then catch the Piccadilly line at Covent Garden station to Piccadilly Circus.

I'd then head to Big Ben. I'd make Harrods the last stop as it is open until 2100 Monday through Saturday, and you can also stop and eat in one of their food courts there if you so wish.

Check http://www.tfl.gov.uk/ for the best ways to get around. Their journey planner is a godsend.

the itinerary is easy ... get an open top tourist bus ... for example

if you want to do the whole tour you won't have time to get off the bus and explore places

Well personally I would just go to Big Ben when i first arrive have some lunch at a Indian place (curry is the buisness!) and chill out until nighttime came. Piccadilly Circus at night is the place to be. Really exciting. To be honest all the other places you mentioned aren't worth seeing except for maybe Harrods but h**l I wouldn't go there with only about 10 hours to spare. Harrods is huge and you definately need the ENTIRE DAY to see it.

p.s. i would spend my evening dinner at a pub somewhere. The Good Mixer is a really good one located in Camden.
