Could someone make me a buddy icon???!?!?!?!? PLEASE?

I want to make an animated buddy icon & i don't understand those weird things they have online to make them... so could someone do it for me & just make it da way i want? i'll explain what i want...

I want a picture (b&w) of a girl crying.

Then on top of it in red txt i want it 2 read:

"hav u ever felt the feeling of crying & bleeding until u make urself throw up?"

don't ask me why. it's personal. but i'd really appreciate it.
