Could someone name this french dish I had in Paris? Raclette, potatoes, and country ham on toasted bread.

Any ideas? I thought is was a broque, but I'm not sure what kind and google disagrees.

  1. You're nearly there. LOL  It's a croque.

    At first I thought it was a croque-monsieur with potatoes added. I checked Wiki and found the variation with potatoes is called a croque-tartiflette.
