bandra west is one of the most expensive residential ares of mumbai.

the current rates are bet.rs.15000 to rs.20000 per sq.ft.

2 br flats can be between 500 to 700 sq.ft.

so price will be bet 75 to 100 lacs for a smaller flat  and

bet 105 to 140 lacs based on super built up meaning the actual living space will be apx20 to 30 percent less.

bandra pali hill or bandstand are good ares to live.
