Could someone please define the 'London' look?

Question

As you may have seen, there is a Rimmel advert where Kate Moss stares into the screen and says "get the london look".

So how would one acquire the 'london' look. Is it a "look as miserable as you possibly can, where as much eyeliner as you can to look like a racoon" and you are a representative of london.

And what happened to :

The Yorkshire look

The manchester look

The Birmingham look,

etc, etc, etc

And if kate moss is the emblem of the london look, then all i can say is god help london.

It's a laughable advert isn't it?  I'm glad it's not face powder she's advertising as it would probably all end up her nose.
