Could someone please help me find more information about one of my ancestors?

Question

His name was John Yarrow, he would have been born between the dates 1863-1870 probably. Either in England or Bengal India

His parents were Sergent Thomas Yarrow and Cath Lambert married in 1863

Thats all the information i know, apart from Cath was widowed by Timothy Keefe in 1862.
