...station's integrity? I have had THREE questions deleted where I asked about the integrity of a station which would distort the photos it broadcasts.

Why is that a "violation?"

  1. I think they make up the rules as they go along, some one probably had a bad hair day, and took it out on you.

  2. Maybe because they weren't questions?  This one borders on not being a question.

What was the violation reason, and what was the full question?

  3. It isn't in the guidlines. Stupid, stupid, stupid trolls. They have nothing better to do then report our questions for no reason.

  4. Most likely because the news station has some investment in yahoo. Also yahoo doesn't want to get the public image that they are a company allowing other media outlets to be bashed and accused of things without yahoo justifying these incidents happened. In laments terms yahoo doesn't want this to turn into an opinion blog because it opens the door that yahoo itself agrees with what is posted and posses a threat to the image of yahoo.

  5. Err, I was not aware of this but it sounds like somebodies limiting your freedom of speech.

Perhaps the station you were questioning owns share in yahoo.

  6. That's actually a violation if it was deleted by Yahoo!

  7. MAC MALL - this is my opinion

  8. Its advertising.

  9. Don't bother protesting a violation, Yahoo always sides with the complainer no matter how stupid or trivial or irrelevant their complaint is.  Its automatic.  Don't waste your time worrying about it, either.
