Could someone please tell me how many IUs 10mg of retinol would be?

I need to know what 10 milligrams of retinol would be in IUs. Also to avoid doing some math.. how many mg is 1 IU of retinol?

1 mcg Retinol equivalents is equal to 3.33 international units.  10 mg= 33,000 IU of vit A.  3000IU is the adequate intake and 10,000 IU is the UL for most adults over 19, so 10 mg is WAY too much.  If you are taking Accutane for acne, that is one thing, but putting yourself on ridiculous amounts of retinol is a stupid thing to do.  Vitamin A toxicity: swelling of the brain, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, abdominal pain, hair loss, liver enlargement, bone abnormalities, stunted growth, and birth defects.  You can do what you want, but taking tht much retinol is asking for a lot of trouble.
