Okay, this makes no sense. You don't use desu with aru.

I think it's suppose to be, "you want me" "Watashi ga hoshii desu."

And then the dog part is, "you have a dog," which should use iru not aru. "Anata wa inu ga imasu."

This person doesn't know Japanese, hate to break your heart.
