Could someone recommend a cheap cell phone in Panama ?

I need one to call the USA while I'm there only.This way I can use it every time I go.

On Via Espana, across from Super Mercado Rey, there are a lot of little shops that sell Cell phones.  Prices are as low as 29.99 and sometimes they have "ofertas" (sales) and the prices are lower.  Then you buy a chip for $3 bucks and you buy a scratch off card that offers 'minutes'.  The more minutes you buy the more expensive the card. Prices start at five dollars.

You can also buy an International card for five bucks, without having to buy the phone and take it to any phone cafe and use it to call the USA.
