Could someone recommend me a lightweight browser that works on an old WinNT PC?

Question

Unfortunately I'm stuck with this pile of c**p PC at work, and IE just isn't cutting it.

Requirements include Tabbed Browsing, a separate search bar (like in Firefox), and the ability to run on low system requirements under Windows NT 4.0 Workstation.

Firefox 3 won't install on this OS

Firefox 2 is a memory hog

Opera requires Admin privileges

Maxthon installs, but then gives me an error upon trying to run it.

Any assistance?

LOL, you think firefox is a memory hog.  OMG, I think I just literally busted my gut.  Dude, you need to drop that OS.  Maybe you could bring your own with you to work.  Will it boot Knoppix?

u can try avant but i think u will have better luck with maxthon ....give em a whirl..........
