Could someone tell me how to locate a new emal address using their old name?

i know the old email addressand i know the name and address of the person that im searching for ive tried people search,but they are require payment im trying to find a way to locate the info without cost

i'm sorry but you can't do that.there's no way.(at least to my knowledge.) if you know the postal address why not try sending him a snail mail instead,then maybe you can ask for his new email address. =)
