Could someone tell me if this is a PCI Express expansion slot or AGP in my desktop (picture)?

Sorry, it's a little blurry but it's the best I could do.

I think it's a PCI Express x16 but I want to make sure as I don't know a whole lot about installing computer hardware:P

It is DEFINITELY PCI Express x16

PCI-e but not sure about the speed as its customized for OEM

It is.  The AGP connector is a lot smaller in length and

(usually) brown in color.

That appears to be a PCIe X16 riser.
