A chicken and an egg are lying in bed. The chicken is smoking a cigarette with a satisfied smile on its face and the egg is frowning and looking put out. The egg mutters to no one in particular, "I guess we answered that question."

Its a joke regarding the old "which came first the chicken or the egg" but in this case there is a sexual undertone. they don't mean come as in which arrived they mean  cu.m as in who reached o****m first ( hence the satisfied smile on the the chickens face). This image of a cigarette in bed is a classic after-s*x scene.
