Could someone tell me what this dream might mean?

Last night i dreamt that I was on a delivery bed giving birth, I gave birth to a baby girl and it was fairly easy, i felt very happy. My mum was there and my sister with her baby girl when in real life she has a 6 week old boy. I woke up from the dream and looked at the time, it was exactly 3AM.

What could this dream mean?

Btw I am NOT pregnant and im 20 years old.

Maybe its whats going to happen in the future. It could also mean that you want a baby. I think its the future though.
