Could someone translate, its written on the back of a flower seed packet.?

It may be the plant by date i am not sure. Ngay san xuat 23-01-08. han su dung 23-01-10. Thanks in advance.

  3. " ngay san xuat " litteraly means "day manufactured 23 january 2008, "han su dung" date to "utilize"...expiration date 23 danuary 2010...

  4. It looks like it's from Ngay san xuat and the #'s are expiration dates. Looks like the plant seed will exp. in 2 years that being 23-1-10.  Jan. 23 2010
