I guess you heard it and tried to write with your accent. But there is nothing sounds like that in Turkish neither no word like others answered.

It might be ''bıngıldak'' = fontanelle.

Or ''Bıngıl bıngıl '' = bıngıldamak =  (moving) with one´s fat b*****s, etc. bouncing like jelly fish. (slangy)

Bıngıldama = don't move that part of the body ...( slangy )

Can you write that where did you heard it and are you sure it's Turkish ?

-dama "kıpır*dama*" which means "don't move" or "Kıkır*dama*" which means "don't giggle" I guess you misheard the first bit "wonqul".
