  1. Dual voice coils allow different wiring options...if you wire + to+ and - to -, you will acheive a 2 ohm load, allowing more output from the sub. MAKE SURE YOU AMP IS 2 OHM STABLE FIRST, AND DIFFERENTIATE BETWEEN COIL 1 AND COIL 2 FOR POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE. USUALLY COIL ONE IS THE LEAD THAT NEEDS TO BE CONNECTED TO THE AMP, COIL TWO IS WIRED TO COIL 1. In your case, you can either parallel or series wire your subs. If you parallel wire, just run a sub per channel...I've never messed with series wiring, I always get amps that are either 2 channel or mono for on sub.

  2. the guy is right that answered your q's but you want to make sure your amp is running in mono, you can't run the left and right channel to the same woofer it will blow, not in stereo,ok,,,-------   remember ,not in stereo on a double voice coil woofer,---- mono only

  3. They are dual voice coil subs

Okay so you know they are dual voice coil... NOW READ THE LINK I GAVE YOU. It explains the differetn wiring options you have.
