Could the Raiders add Joe Horn and be under the salary cap?

He was just released and the Raiders need a halfway decent WR. Good fit?

oakland is about as maxed out on the cap as they can be.  Johnson was never an option due to their cap situation.  Oakland's WR situation, i believe, is more dependant on their QB situation than anything else.

He's too old. Chad Johnson would've been better. They could add him and not be under the cap though. It depends on what kind of contract they give him.

Most teams could use a halfway decent wide receiver. That said, why would they want Horn? His good years are gone, he's all mouth now. P.S. Who's going to throw to him? Jamarcus with the "golden arm"? Yeah, right.
