and do they have enough "oomph" to make it successful?---I cannot see Hillary waiting until 2012 for another chance at the Democratic nomination------and if Obama is elected a 2nd term it would be 2016.

  1. Being the party animals they are (or at least he is)..... cigars all around

  2. Obama's presidency is going to fold up like a cheap suit.  It won't be long after taking office that all the 'people' he says he's going to 'bring together' are going to inform him that they are 'not interested'.  His staff will run at the first sign of trouble and he will be left by himself wondering, what the h**l he ran for office so early in his carreer for. Hillary is a cinch to win the next nomination.  Now if McCain wins, it won't matter what he accomplishes, the democrats will still be calling him McBush, Hillary will still be Hillary and there is no chance her base let's her lose another primary.  Look for Hillary to be right there again in 2012, no third party needed.

  3. Yes it could and I would vote for her if she did start a 3rd party.

  4. what RIFT?

Hillary called on all of her supporters to unite behind Senator Obama and ensure a victory for America in November by electing him to be President.

  5. They would be viewed as a Ross Perot, albeit they would likely get more votes than Ross did.

Yet, this is a very difficult question.  They are certainly considering if it is worth starting up something they believe is the correct thing to do, or accept that supporting Obama is better than getting McCain elected.  Such decisions are not made easily.

  6. no.it would be a repeat of 2000 when nader split enough of the Dem's to hand bush the victory.

the dnc does need to be punished for choosing obama months before the race was over.

  7. I wish they would it would make this race more interesting.

  8. In Bill's case, it would be his, like 1,000,000th PARTY....but it might be Hil's first.....

You know Bubba is on his 3rd party, TODAY, man..."pass me that pizza, babe...keep sucking......"

  9. That would be great, but the problem is that Hillary, herself, is very liberal.  If she were truly the champion of the moderate democrats, a shot at a 3rd party might go very well, but she only went to the middle during the primaries to counter Obama's far-left..  It's the same on the Republican side.  The party is divided between right and far right.  We could really use 4 parties.

  10. New party ? On what ideas ?  No. Hillary should learn how to live with Obama. She will, no doubt - very strong character.

  11. Yes, I wouldn't be surprised, and yes, If anyone could make a viable 3rd party it would be the Clintons.

  12. I hate Third Parties. More like Third Reichs, am I right?
