Could the ultimate culinary experience in Singidunum be the Dacho kafana and the Shansa on the park?

For those of you who know, maybe not be the extreme culinary experience, but it was for me and that, is one more reason of that city to be in my heart.

After all, they say that the way to a man's heart is through his stomach.

It is always nice when you hear someone else's nice opinion about your country. It just makes you more proud...

And, yes, "The Dacho kafana" is great place to have a meal. One of my favorite.

And, Serbian people just pay a lot of attention on food. We eat fresh, healthy food, "eaten by the spoon". We eat a lot of soups. When I was in the States, I couldn't stand their food, just had to start cooking, and felt much better. Habits.

Once, more, thank for good ad for my country!

Yes they could, because both places base their cuisine on fresh, mainly seasonal ingredients, combined with love of good food and the desire to welcome their guests. And when the guests are open-minded and show appreciation, the cooks will do better than their best:)

Quite possibly my dear friend...quite possibly.  Then again, the ultimate culinary experience just might be found in practically every city in America and many parts of the rest of the world.  I believe you know the place of which I speak...McDonald's.

The real "ultimate culinary experience" is a Singidunum - home made food. The best way to reach to a "man's heart".

Variety of dishes all seasoned with love-spice ......

And once you drink a cold "Jelen" - you become a Singidunumian for ever.
