Could the whole world suffer from hyperinflation or does it just affect one country?

If it did how could it be stopped? Doomsday question I suppose

Of course it can , especially china and the big distributers of many products. Because if we cant buy their stuff they cant make money. Right now i dont think anyone has an idea how to help the economy.

It tends to affect only one country, because hyperinflation is caused by central banks printing way too much money.  It could affect the entire world if it happens to a major currency like the dollar or euro, but the chances of the dollar or euro going into hyperinflation are pretty slim.
