i grew up in a tropical climate then moved to the pacific northwest. after a year here i still feel constantly uncomfortable during the winter (which is most of the year). it feels almost like im in pain from it, and sometimes i get so down about it that i can't focus mentally until i'm in a hot bath or in front of the heater for a long time. since i dont live in missouri or north dakota etc. i feel like my body should be able to handle this physically, but i'm constantly thinking about how uncomfortable i am, to the point where its interfering with my daily life and getting normal stuff done.

  2. I lived in Colorado for 12 years and it has very cold winters. I hate winter I because my hands and feet are freezing all the time even with socks and gloves! I think its a genetic thing where your body doesnt warms itself very effectively. You may have a body thermal problem like me.

  3. That's normal. I've lived in a dry climate all my life, but whenever I go to a humid climate. It my take years to get used too because your body would think that summer there is just winter or something. It'll probably have to experience it a few times, it'll probably get that it's not gonna change.
