Could there be such a thing as having your Ascendant on a cusp?

Like for example if you were born on the time of 12:01am, could you be a Leo and Cancer Rising at the same time?

I am curious to know myself...There is debate over whether Sun signs can be on a cusp or not. I wonder if some people consider it different when relating to the Ascendant. Mine is also on a cusp.

Their is such a thing as being born on a cusp and one of the signs is colored by the following sign. Leo's pride and out-going attitude would be softened by Cancer's emotional nature and clingy nature.

If this question was for Sun sign, it wouldn't be plausible. You have one Sun sign.

My ascendant is only 1degree of Capricorn. It is quite close to Sagittarius.

But think of this... you have three MAIN signs... the ascendant, the moon and the sun. So yes, you could have a Cancer ascendant with the moon in Leo.

depends on what the degree is, and how close it is to the other sign . . .if its like at 28 or higher degrees then it is likely you have traits of both cancer and leo . . .

Cusps are a tricky subject...

As to your specific question about the time... Rising signs continue to change all year long... 12:01am in January will give you a different rising sign that 12:01am in April... so the exact birth date and time and place are necessary to determine the precise rising sign.

Also keep in mind, even in you have a rising sign at 29º, the entire first house will be influenced by the next sign getting ready to rise.

My wife is very late Gemini Rising, and she is very Gemini Rising, but Cancer fills her first house, and she looks like a Cancer with her moon face...

I have never seen it myself but a closer look a birth charts would be needed to understand. I have many years experience and have never seen it so I do not think it is possible.
