Could this be a heart attack or anything dangerous?My mom refuses to call a doctor?

Recently I've been experiencing really bad heart cramps(I feel like my hear is cramping),migraines(headache and nausea) and a "beating"pain in several parts of my body(u know like a "heartbeat"but not in my chest,it's in my back,lower stomach...)that's not TOO panful...My mom doesn't seem to take me seriously,she just tells me to breathe,relax and makes me a cup of warm milk.I thought it was a panic attack at first as I felt stomach discomfort,chest pain,sweating and thought I was dying(my sister had one before so she told me wha it was like)...But now I just went to get dressed,calmly and a sudden heart cramp just came and lasted 2mins.Before the cramp I just felt pain on the back of my head,as if something was pulling my nerve.

Could this be something dangerous?are there chances that it's nothing?I'm quite anxious and have ocd,but I'm only 14!(A year ago I once felt a short of breath and was pale in the middle of the night,my mom took me to emergency room but as I was unable to pee for a urine test,the doctor said it was nothing too bad,so I think that my mom won't take me seriously anymore since that...)

  1. You need to see a doctor.

    Even if it turns out to be a panic attack;

    you need to be on medication, since this is not the

    first occurance.

    You're in a lot of pain right now....

    don't ignore it!!   Have it checked out!

    I really doubt that it is a heart attack at 14;

    but it could be something very serious.

    Good luck!

  2. you've got pneumonic spasmatosis dipththeria; its total lethal, go to hospital really soon, you could die if you dont.

  3. maybe your mom know whats going on. but she afraid to tell you

  5. You should seek professional advice, if you were one of my sons I wouldn't hesitate to take you, and would seek a second opinion if anyone, no matter who, told me there was nothing wrong.

  6. There is a chance that these are symptoms from anxiety. If so, then they are 'just' scary, but will do you no harm.

    It is very hard to draw together migraine, pain in the region of the heart, (which could be intercostal neuralgia caused by muscle tension <- caused in turn by stress); and beating pains that aren't too painful.

    If you have fever, your skin is sore to touch, your face or hands are swollen, or if your neck is stiff, it could mean something like a rheumatoid condition; it could also be a sign that one of your normal blood components - eosinophils - are elevated. Then it could mean something called Eosinophilia-Myalgia Syndrome. BUT I doubt this very much.

    My bet is this is anxiety related. The treatment then is relaxation, and some easy-going type of 'therapy' like rational-emotive therapy or cognitive therapy that can really help you feel in control of the fear response.

    I also have suffered from anxiety for a while. I have just come out of my "latest episode" of anxiety. And I'm studying hard again at college after having a hard time with sleeping. I have also had a 'limited symptom' attack, which is like a panic attack, just not with all the symptoms. I was so afraid I walked to the hospital and demanded to see a psychologist. Haha, so I know how freaky it can be when things happen and you have no idea why.

    I think there is a reasonable answer for the things you are feeling. It just may take finding the right doctor to give you the validation you need.

  7. it sounds like panic , you poor thing, and your mom is correct if it goes away after you breathe slowly, it can be caused by stress and  some are just born to worry. You can learn relaxation and if in any doubt, see a Dr, moms are usually always right though.
