Could this be cancer...? Help? ?

Question

I have a really small mole on my armpit, I mean like really small because i thought it was a hair or something but its not, and if i touch it too much it kindda hurts. I was just wondering if this could be normal or does it sound bad, or maybe I'm paranoid.

And I'm just 16 so idk what it would be right now.

and well i've had a mole on my armpit for a while too and hurts when i touch it too much but i've had it forever and i'm 13. But if you're really worried i'd go to a doctor...

Dont worry, I had 2 more appear on my back throughout the past year used to only have one, and at 16 chances are VERY slim on that, thats a normal thing that happens, dont worry about it though

The worrying thing about moles is when they change their appearance,  grow,  or bleed. That is, bleed of their own accord, not when you mess them about.

There must be dozens of websites for dermatology on the Inernet which tell you the danger signs for moles.

Search on "melanoma" and "moles" and maybe "cancer"

since you are 16, it is very unlikely that it would be cancer, it's most likely just a mole or really irritated skin. Unless you have been getting a lot of tans or expose that area of your skin tot he sun a lot. you should talk to your doctor though right away, if it is cancerous, then it's probably melanoma and it should be removed right away.

It depends if you have been in the sun a lot or not.

if you spend a lot of time in the sun, and the mole was not there when you were a baby, then it could be a type of skin cancer, not to scare you lol.  Maybe you should get it checked out if ur really worried, or if anymore appear that weren't there before.
