Could this be serious?

ok, well i have been having trouble since june...well i was in missouri for most of june, and got back home in early july late june...well ever since i got back home ive gotten really sick...like it started off with sever back pain! and then it went to the front, then my left ovary started to hurt reallllyyy bad, then i went to the doctor, they did some test, i dont have any urinary infections..and im not pregnant (im a virgin) well they thought i had an ovarian cyst...so they scheduled an ultra sound, well about 2 days b4 the ultra sound, i was at work, and i felt this pop. and it burned, and it hurt REALLY bad! and i couldnt move! so when i got to the doc, and they did the ultra sound, for some odd reason they told me i was normal! and that my cyst ruputured...soo the doc put me on birth control, told me the pain in my ovary would get better in about a week, well that was in early july. im in MASSIVE amounts of pain! i cant sit very long, i started my period, and OMG it hurt! she said the pain will switch sides, well my right side hurts, but OMG my left side REALLY hurts! and im just scared. the pain seems to be getting worse! i dont know what to do. and im just scared that it is serious. my cousin had ovarian cancer (it was called germ cell) and yeah, it took her life...and im just really scared..idk what to do. the pain is dull, but it has moments of EXTREME jolting pain! im sooo tired of it, and i just want an idea of what it is! so can someone please help me get an idea of whats wrong!?! THANK YOU!!!

  1. That is definitely ovarian cysts!! They switch sides because each month your ovaries alternate which side the egg comes out of. The hormones in your body cause the cysts. It sounds like you have more cysts. Go to the doctor and have them put you on birth control. This helps tremendously!!!
