Could this be the ultimate irony of life.?

When we truly face our selves we don't like what we see. Nature won't allow us to live with the truth and follow the truth as an ideology or philosophy, because it will cause the halt of our advancement, as our ego's and emotions cause trouble and fear from which we can only learn and advance from. So we invent adages to cope with it, like the devils best trick was trying to convince man that he doesn't exist. This then gives our egos reason and justification for our actions in life as we strive to succeed at the demise of the next man and advance thinking that we are sane in an insane world.

Also do you think that the words business, humane, and God are just coping mechanisms that feed our egos as we carry on exhibiting our hierarchical statuses.?

  1. In the consciousness of the truth he has perceived, man now sees everywhere only the awfulness or the absurdity of existence and loathing seizes him.

    - Friedrich Nietzsche

  2. i think that the ultimate irony, is that this could be an extremely insightful and poignant explanation of humanity's existence, development, and self-contradictory psyche - it could open up new avenues in our processes of thought and reasoning, and give new meaning to our fragile lives ... if it wasn't for the fact that nobody understands what you're saying.

    :)

  3. "Man is something which ought to be overcome"

    Zarathustra

  4. “We cling to our own point of view, as though everything depended upon it.  Yet our opinions have no permanence; like autumn and winter, they gradually pass away.”  --Chuang Tzu

  5. To sum it up, we often live our delusions, and find ways to prove or disprove them.

Equally I am not about to say absolutely that God nor the devil do not exist. Of course, no one can really know.

The devil is in everyone, but so is God, if one things of good versus evil. Only those who have died can really know what is out there.

At the same time, I am in no hurry to go forth and sort the dragons or lack thereof myself.
