I entered fatx101.com and its from a guy who has a diet and exercise program that lasts 12 days. The diet consists of 60% veggies, 30% protein, 5% fruits and nuts, and 5% of anything you want to add. He has a different workout for every day, mainly with 10-pound weights. Does anyone know about this/? Do you think it could give me results? I'm 5'5 and 138 pounds, and I'm having a looot of trouble losing my last 10 pounds or so.

  2. Id be real careful those numbers seem  a little out of proportion it should be alittle more balanced if you want to lose weight stay away from salty foods sodas(yes even diet) sugary drinks vegetables are fantastic for you, fruits are good just sugary walk jog ride a bike every day.

  3. I have been looking at that web-site for the past hour now and i am convinced.  I am actually going to try it.  Eating that many vegetables is great because it is bulk and makes one feel fuller, the 30% protein is normal and the 5% fruit is ok.  the only thing i am concerned about is grain, that part concerns me but it still seems like a realistic diet and the workouts seem really great.
