Could this dream mean anything to me?

Question

This dream has been happening to me several nights now. I've dreamed of this over and over again.

So I'm walking. And I'm wearing this long white lacey gown and it looks like i'm about to get married. I have flowers weaved in my hair. They look like the baby's breath flowers. I'm in the woods, then all of a sudden, I'm hearing something. Something scary, So I start to run. And I'm running as fast as I can, yet, falling at the same time trying to get up and get out of this horrid place. The dress is starting to turn brown and grass stains from falling. Then, I boy shows up. He has long beautiful brown hair and amber eyes and he's so beautiful. He takes me by the hand, and then walks me to this creek. He tells me to sit on this rock, and we're talking. Then, he gets this smile on his face, and when I'm not looking, he kisses me all of a suddenly. Then, I turn away, slightly shy for what he just did, and then, he pulls out a dagger and kills me right there in the creek on that rock. I wake up...sweating with screams. I don't know what this means...

HMMM... Okay.  Sounds like you are comfortable in your life but ready for a relationship or a change in your current relationship since you feel like you are about to get married.  Then, maybe, even though you feel ready there is something that you are frightened of or something that is bothering you about getting married or furthering your relationship.  The boy that takes you to the creek, maybe that is someone you think might save you or someone other than the person you want to marry or further your relationship with but you fear he may hurt you as well...or you know he will.  I am usually good at dreams but this one is very interesting.  I don't read books about dreams or anything...I spend a lot of time thinking about my own dreams and how they relate to my own life.  Many times they tell me what I don't want to hear...the truth.

well, it kinda sounds to me like your possibly having trust problems you just aren't dealing with, but hey i could be wrong. dreams do mean things, you just have to dig deep to understand them.

You were vulnerable (in a dress, getting married, dressed beautifully) on your way to be married and then all of a sudden something changed and you were again vulnerable in a horrible place (woods, running, open space, nowhere to hide, things are falling apart). Then you thought you were saved by this beautiful guy and he attempts to make you feel safe by talking to you, sitting you down (vulnerable position again), then the sneak kisses you with one hand then kills you with the other.

Anyone wronged you that you trusted lately? Next time you have this dream, dodge the dagger, (you already know where he stabbed ya right?) take the knife, put it in your pocket and venture on.

So what is the moral or message of this story. What you have is a security issue that needs resolution and is interrupting your needs satisfaction. If it is not prepping you for a dangerous contingent then it is a waste of time. 'Fear robs me of my ability to appreciate beauty,  peace and contentment'; that's why it is a waste of time.
