Could this have caused more pain 40 hours post wisdom teeth extraction?

My friend made me laugh A LOT! And it hurt then, but I was hopped up on Vicodin so it wasn't that bad. But could a lot of laughing possibly put me in more pain?

yes, i would have to say yes. when did your tooth extracted? the reason it hurts is because your pulling your muscles and its pulling around the area where your tooth was. just take some aspirin and this should help with the pain.
