Could this mean labor is a few days to a week away? ?

Im 38 wks and lately i've been real gassy and my stools have been very soft. I've read that this is your body getting rid of everything before labor. Does this also mean that labor is a few days to a week away???

Who knows honestly.. I had that at the beginning of 38 wks, started losing plug and felt like I had the flu for over two weeks.. I'm 5 days past my due date now and nothing. Although it is possible but unfortunately I wouldn't hold your breath :( Good luck to you and hopefully it won't be much longer!

could be ,but then it could just be something you ate ...its a long wait those last few weeks ,hang in there it will soon be over ..
