Question:

Could this possibly be insomnia?

I can not sleep for more than 3 hours at night without waking up and not being able to go to sleep. I recently had back surgery and after i stopped taking the medication i have not been able to sleep through the night.

I am usually extremely tired during the day time but usually do not take a nap so that I can get a good nights rest but i seem to be more awake at night time.

ANY SUGGESTIONS????

please and thank you :)

  1. nah ur just like any ordinary person... i can't sleep for 7 hrs exact and its been going on 4 months..thats insomnia.... the best is to probably not take naps or take showers before you sleep... drink warm milk.. tire yourself out with exercising.. read books... or get a massage.... i think it is most likely because of your surgery that your back is trying to repair  so your endless non sleeping could be a normal  effect
