Well.... to start off the monarchs are getting to be useless becuase there are new cards coming out and already ones that are out that will destroy them. So, I would go far a straight up removed play deck.

add dark bribe

take out slate warrior

take out magic cylinder

take out axe of dispair

after those adjustments your deck would be so much tournament ready hope i helped
