Could u tell me if this is a real word?

i was saying something today, the word that'd, but i was wondering if it was actually a real word. It would be a contraction of that and would so for example, that'd be great!

I use that word, but only in conversation.  Unless you're using it as something somebody said, using the phrase "that would" is probably more correct.  For example:  Johnny replied, "That'd be awesome!"

Or, Johnny thought that would be awesome.

I believe it is considered slang.  Not a real contraction.
