I recently started jogging on a treadmill, but regardless of the physical activity i still feel fatigued every other day if not everyday, i know it also has to do allot with diet and what not, but can anyone give me some pointers on how to avoid being fatigued?i find myself blaming it on the fact that i blaze the occasional joint or two but i'm tired for no apparent reason too often, could it also be that i oversleep?
