Question:

Could use your help?

I recently started jogging on a treadmill, but regardless of the physical activity i still feel fatigued every other day if not everyday, i know it also has to do allot with diet and what not, but can anyone give me some pointers on how to avoid being fatigued?i find myself blaming it on the fact that i blaze the occasional joint or two but i'm tired for no apparent reason too often, could it also be that i oversleep?

    Well I think you've answered your own question. I have friends who smoke weed who are always feeling exhausted (and looking it too..) Either way you probably shouldn't be using it dude :)

    Maybe, regardless of the oversleep, the sleep you're getting isn't great(deep, valuable sleep) because of your drug use. Once again I can say my friends complain of sleep difficulties or still feeling tired afterwards.

    Being outside a lot can help fatigue (sunlight and such)..maybe that's just me though..

    And it is of course a LOT to do with diet, but I reckon you'd be better off (first things first and that) staying off the drugs.

    Although hey, what do I know?...maybe this answer would be better if you didn't post this question in the 'languages' section lol..
