The only detrimental effect i have had is with poor batteries these gadgets do use some power, i switched back to wires for less stress.

If your talking microwaves the frequencies i would assume are within health guidelines.

no the r.f. radio frequency energy required is only a small fraction of that used on a cellphone no one world wide to my knowledge has been harmed in any way by using a wirless keyboard & mouse.
